We endeavour to ensure our biking routes are accurate and up to date. If you find inaccuracies in a route please inform us as soon as possible. Routes can change from the forces of both nature and man on a daily basis. Your own map reading skills and rerouting may then be required.

You agree to respect local residents and road users when parking and riding around towns and villages. Obey the Highway Code.

When purchasing a Bike Valley Trails cycling route you agree to abide by the Scottish Outdoor Access Code and be respectful to other users, livestock and landowners. DMBinS.com/dotheridething

You agree to follow safety and diversion signs where forest operations and other land management works are in progress

You understand the risks and hazards inherent in cycling both on and off the road and when purchasing a Bike Valley Trails route you accept responsibility for ensuring you have the required levels of fitness, technical ability and equipment/clothing required to ride the route. Make sure your bike is in suitable condition and fit for purpose. We take no responsibility for damage, death or injury, or loss caused to you when riding using a Bike Valley Trails route, map or instructions. No liability arising from omissions or inaccuracies can be accepted.
