An excellent gravel route through the eastern section of Traquair & Elibank forest east of Walkerburn. Easy to navigate and fantastic views from the top forest road that runs parallel along the valley.

Great for… amazing views, non-technical trail, some good long descents.

Watch out for… A few tough-ish climbs. Note: The switchbacks are a challenge on a gravel bike but worth it once at the top. Late Feb 2024 storm damaged trees across the switchback climb! Escape route left downhill before they start back to the road.
